joinFITE is an active philanthropy platform, powered by Kiva.org and championed by Dermalogica, that connects you to women entrepreneurs who need a hand up. By providing women access to small loans, they are able to start or grow a business, bettering themselves, their families, and their communities. joinFITE is a fun and easy way for you to help another when you activate a donation from our partners.
joinFITE is championed by Dermalogica and its quarter‐century investment in the financial independence of women. Dermalogica is promoting corporate philanthropy by using the products as a vehicle to educate the public at large about the positive change when we invest in women.
Dermalogica’s support is the latest expression of the brand’s legacy of empowering women, and is based upon the business model created by Jane Wurwand, Dermalogica founder and owner. Dermalogica has a 25‐year brand history of empowering female skin therapists to achieve financial independence as owners of their own business, with the hopes of empowering another 25,000 women to do the same, starting or growing a business through microfinance.
Kiva.org powers the joinFITE platform, and is a non‐profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty.
